Privacy Policy

Dear customers for the sake of maintaining our trust and kindness. So I made rules for shopping, including:

  1. If the plants arriveds they are yellowing leaves, not refunds or resend.
  2. If the plants come dead 100%, then a maximum replacement :
    a. Refund money maximum 70% of the price of the plants, not included shipping cost, or
    b. A maximum of one resend for total dead plants.
    c. If the second shipment is still damaged or totally dead againt, then there is no refund or replacement of replacement plants
  3. Maximum notification of damaged or dead plants one day after the package is received
  4. Delays that result in plant death due to long checking at the customs of the destination country are not our responsibility, because that is the rule of the destination country
