Dear customers for the sake of maintaining our trust and kindness. So I made rules for shopping, including:
- If the plants arriveds they are yellowing leaves, not refunds or resend.
- If the plants come dead 100%, then a maximum replacement :
a. Refund money maximum 70% of the price of the plants, not included shipping cost, or
b. A maximum of one resend for total dead plants.
c. If the second shipment is still damaged or totally dead againt, then there is no refund or replacement of replacement plants
- Maximum notification of damaged or dead plants one day after the package is received
- Delays that result in plant death due to long checking at the customs of the destination country are not our responsibility, because that is the rule of the destination country
